Hi All, can anyone help me with the numbers on the end of this Snelling bat:

Auction Link (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250704980613&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_1831wt_911)

It seems to read "433 S" then "1 08"? Is 08 the year?

Thanks in advance.
Mark.

Also, if anyone can help me photomatch this bat I would be very grateful. I have tried all the websites, not sure if MLB.tv can help?

Snelling played in only 4 games in 2008 -
April 13 vs CHI
April 15 vs HOU
April 16 vs HOU
June 6 vs ATL

He only had 1 PA/AB in each game...

Thanks!
Mark.

Mark,

The "433 S" is the model. The "S" itself indicates a shortened bat.

The "1" is in fact a 3-digit number (you might not have noticed the other digits) that represents the batch from the factory.

The "08" is the year.

Nick
