Anybody seen a WR jersey this size before? Seems especially unusual for a 5'11" 191lb guy?

Maybe sized to wear over a flak jacket or other protective padding?

I just did a quick search, he did have a strained abdominal muscle that year that was bothersome and caused him to miss some time.

I can't imagine any NFL player wearing a size 60, unless it's a retail authentic they are wearing recreationally.
