Value of an Atwater Broncos helmet?

I may have the chance to make an offer on a Steve Atwater old-style Broncos helmet. I still need more photos, but does anyone have an idea of value if it is legit? Thanks!

It may be, a friend of mine sent me a note saying they saw one for sale and was going to try and get photos... so sounds about right. If it is, is it a bad helmet?
