It would be nicer if it was the 2006 World Series Champ ring, but I'd take a 2004 NL Champ ring. Looks really nice.

Awesome ring. Being sold by a pawn shop, I guess it didn't take too long for "Burger" King to get rid of it.

got to be honest i find this upsetting but hey maybe he just didn't want it, i would love to have it, but its gonna go for 12,000 or 15,000 i would bet........... i can't see him hurting for money............ this one puzzles me

Can't say unequivocally about the ring, but King has been selling his jerseys, caps, and other things for years. His son is on a travelling baseball team, and the funds are going for the team's expenses, according to him. I sent him $50 upon his request and got a GU alternate cap, a number of Pujols souvenirs like T-Shirts, and a couple of SGA bobbleheads (not of him).

YOUR TELLING ME he dosn't have any money left over from his playing days, if he dosn't thats horrible. i hope he just dosn't care about his stuff anymore......... either way what a shame
