doesnt sound like a cramp: per Rotoworld.com

Sources have informed injury expert Will Carroll that Stephen Strasburg's 2010 season is over, and that a visit to Dr. James Andrews is looming.

This is not good, but not unexpected. The phenom left Saturday's start with what was diagnosed as a strain of the flexor tendon in his right forearm, but he still needs to get an MRI. It's always ominous when Dr. Andrews' name is involved, but it doesn't necessarily mean that Strasburg will need Tommy John or some other kind of surgery. Stay tuned. Aug. 22 - 10:50 am et

I hope the kid's injury isn't serious. In the short term, though, it looks like ESPN will revert back to too much covergae of the Red Sox, Yankees and Mets (as it was pre-Strasburg).

Oh, my, if he has Tommy John surgery he'll miss a season and then come back throwing a 110 mph fastball.
