View Full Version : 2006 or 2007 Cap Examples of New Era Inside Tags

If you have any example of 2006 or 2007 game used caps in your collection, could you please post photos of the inside tags of the cap. These include 3 tags, including the authentic tag (not sure the terminology for this tag. it used to say diamond collection), manufacturers tag and size tag.

Any example of hats from any year would be appreciated but 2006 and 2007 examples are the ones I have some discrepencies.

Hi Ollie,
can you please post a close up shot of the 2010 inside tags. Is the size tag underneith the manufacturers tag? I don't see the size tag.

Ollie, I think you mixed up your 06 and 07 caps. New Era switched to black bottom brim caps in 2007.

The caps (the blue bill) was worn by Nieves and the grey bill was used by Luis Vizcaino. I checked my Steiners LOA's and they state that both caps were 07 (thought the grey was 06) maybe it was a left over they had when Vizcaino was signed? He has a very small head based on the cap size1

Sure Joel, it's LH227038.

The MLB Authentication says Team Issued but the Steiner LOA says Game Used.
