Looking for original GW full rainbow jerseys (not throwbacks). Player is not important. Please let me know if you have any available for sale.

Thanks! cruwet77@gmail.com

They have mostly rainbow sleeve jerseys- not the full rainbow ones (just 1)... Thanks for the input though!

I believe the gamewornuniforms.com jerseys have had the nobs on back removed. i have pined for one for quite sometime but will not shell out premium price in addition to have the name restored.

To get a single color twill name on a nameplate might run you a whopping $25.00. You make like this is a deal-breaker for a $400-500.00 item, which just seems a bit foolish.

And I do not believe that a game used equipment seller would have names removed from backs, as this practice would lower the value of their items. The team likely did this...

I have about 600 original nameplates that were removed from the 1970s and 1980s Astros jerseys. These were saved and later recovered. If anyone is need of an Astros nameplate, I can help. If I don't have the name, I can help get original letters for a nameplate.

Thanks,

It's all good... had this topic not come up, we would have never heard about Chris' stash of Astros nameplates!

Nick
