Was at the game tonight and they had the following bats: dont remember all the prices, most bats were in 2 pieces or had wood missing.

Randy Winn (Yankees bat)
Matt Holliday -$400 decent crack, very light use
Skip Schumaker - several in bad shape
Ryan Ludwick
Joel Pineiro
Pinerio bat used by Carpenter
Ryan Franklin
Tyler Greene
Allen Craig - $125
Brendan Ryan 2 - both had wood missing -$200
David Freese -$250

I know the Schumaker bats are $200, Ludwick bats were $250 last time, Pineiro was $75, the Piniero Carpenter was $200, and Green was $125.

What was that Holliday bat like? Broken in two?

Hey Tyler,

I dont remember if the Holliday was in 2 pieces or not. Just didnt show much use, not really any tar, a few ball marks and did have a white sticker on the barrel with some random info. Seems like it did have some small wood missing.

Ok. I didnt know if it was one they had when I was there a couple weeks ago. It was a natural Sam bat with good use and broken in two but no pieces missing. No sticker.

are these normal bat prices or is the stadium sticking it to us?

Well,
Kind of both. This is the normal pricing they have. Typically $400 for most star/semi star players, $150-$300 for starters and popular guys.

Positive things are they are all supposed to be MLB hologramed now. (Some to specific games, some not).

Also, Cardinals bats are near impossible to find anywhere else these days.

Not 100% on this, but I think it was $150.
