Get ready for the National in Baltimore! I have the following Orioles jerseys available:

1981 Bob Bonner #2 away jersey, rare jersey of the man who was drafted to be the O's long-time shortstop (with that Ripken guy at 3B - didn't quite work out that way!) $275

1983 Leo Hernandez #3 ORANGE alternate jersey, beautiful jersey from the World Series Championship season, hard to find this style! $350

1986 Tippy Martinez #23 away jersey $200

1993 Harold Reynolds #25 away jersey, with All Star patch $250

1997 Elrod Hendricks #44 away jersey, Jackie Robinson 50th patch, Cith of Baltimore 200 anniversary patch, Orioles legend $240

1999-2001 Delino DeShields #11 BLACK alternate jersey, no year tag $200

1999-2001 Delino DeShields #11 "Baltimore" M&N throwback flannel, worn for one game, sleeves are cut, autographed $220

1999 Lenny Webster #42 (retired number) away jersey, Cal Ripken Sr. "7" memorial patch $180

The DeShields is a 2000 (only year Majestic did the three-color black jerseys). Unfortunately, 2000 was also the year that the Orioles (allegedly on the orders of John Angelos) decided to drop the white outlines...five minutes before the season started...and these jerseys were not worn.
The sewing quality on those 2000 jerseys are beautiful. By the middle of 2001, the Orioles jerseys coming out of Majestic started to look like they were being sewn by blind people. And with the return of the "high i" script, they now look like they were designed by blind people.

Thanks for the info on the DeShields jersey Mark. Here's a unique jersey with an interesting story. This is the jersey worn by Walter Young for a three-game series in 2005 that included Walter's first MLB game. The O's wore the patches for three games to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Cal Jr. breaking Lou Gehrig's consecutive games played record. All the jerseys were signed by both the player and Cal prior to auction by MLB/Ironclad.

Walter was listed at 6'5" 322 pounds making him the heaviest player to ever play in a MLB game. Check out the size of this thing........

It's a size 56. I can't imagine anyone needing a bigger jersey than this but I seem to recall a thread on here referencing size 58 & 60 jerseys. Maybe this thing was a little snug on Walter!

I'd also love to get my hands on the jersey of the lightest player in MLB history. Since the Eddie Gaedel jersey must be untouchable, maybe I should search for the lightest modern player, whoever that is (possibly Freddie Patek or Bip Roberts).

If anything happens to make the deal on the Bonner fall through let me know. My son LOVES him, and I would love to get him something like that for B-day or Christmas.

Thanks

I've seen or owned jerseys of both. Believe it or not, the Patek I owned was a size 40 (he was short, but stocky) from the late 1970s Royals, and I saw an early career Padres knit of Bip that was a size 38.
