Ubaldo Jimenez named the Starting Pitcher for the NL in tomorrow's MLB ASG!!!
Much deserved for a DOMINATING 1st half!
Even at 15-1, Baldo could easily have been 17-1... his 1 loss was in a 1-0 game - a little offensive support could have gone a long way! In his 2 No decisions, 1 he was losing when he left (and had the flu) vs Boston but the Rox picked him up that night (Giambi's HR off Papelbon). In the other ND, he had the LEAD when he left the game and Manuel Corpas blew the Save (and the Win for Ubaldo)!
Anyway, great to see a Rockie getting this much deserved honor!
