I don't think Biggio ever wore a size 40. I do notice the seller does not show the aforementioned COA.

Doubt the COA even matters. Considering they don't even mention the name of the issuing company, it's probably no one reputable. They just say a "COA of game-use"

don't worry, its a large 40. "and is a size 40 (but compared to today's sizes, it fits more like a 44 large)."

I don't think Biggio ever wore a size 40.

Take a look the items he's sold on Ebay-a never ending supply of "game worn" Vlad Expos and Ichiro M's jerseys. I purchased a "game worn" Vlad Expos from him a few years ago that was as crisp as the day it was made. Also purchased a Rocco Baldelli "home gamer" that arrived with a name and number change, yet was listed as all original.

I particularly like the 'game use' pictures he shows of Biggio in a Blue Jsy, more recent white home and the red clay.... not a one of him in his cream Rainbow...

i have a 88 rookie Biggio with a number change from 4 to 7 for spring training the following year and its not a 40 Mine came from the club. FIY amost all of the Astros shirts of this era were sent to the minors and had the NOB's stripped

I have an all original, photomatched 1990 Biggio that is a size 40. Biggio wore a tighter fitting jersey when he was a catcher. If the jersey is actualy worn in the 1988 to 1991 era, the jersey will show heavy piling on the shoulders and sides from the chest protector.

Biggio ended his career wearing a 46.

Hope this helps!
