Program to snap photos of video???

My last computer took a crap and I had a program where I could take a photo of the video to create an actual picture for photomatching. What is the name of the program???

I never use a program....I just hit the print screen key. Easiest way to get a screenshot. Or if you use a mac, hold down command-shift-3 and it'll show up as a file on your desktop.

I use a program called Sony Vegas for video editing. You can freeze frame by frame... and like someone else said, print screen.

There are a number of third-party programs, some free, some paid, that offer enhanced screen grab capabilities. I use Snagit, could that be the one you're thinking of?
