Craig Biggio Game Used

Do either of these items look legit to you? I am looking for a Biggio game used item and don't want to pay for one that is not legit. I can't find any with good authentication such as mlb. Thanks.

the pants are good. Biggio, Bagwell orderd thier own uniforms from Victory for the home and road styles from after 1994. the only team uniforms they wore after 1994 were the sunday blues.
the hat on the other hand does notin the pictures look like the several 100 examples for astros game used hats from that era i have seen the number looks like it was written in too narrow a marker the ones i have seen that came from the club were thicker , at least from looking at the pictures

Craig retired right before the MLB authentication GU program really took off, I have never seen a bat or uniform of his that has the MLB hologram and since he is from my hometown (although he went to a different school district) I have looked for one for years.
