I was thinking about going after one of the higer priced items ive ever tried to obtain and i was curious if yall knew when rawlings started embroidering gloves. Also everyone says eskin is the best authenticator for gloves and he is who wrote the coa. Ive done my own research on the glove and the style seems to match, but nolan only pitched in i believe 12 games that year and id read he ordered four gloves. Any help would be appreciated thanks josh

I found a glove forum in which someone posted this question.

Hope this helps.

i tried to join that site but the mods have not approved me yet. Maybe this could be moved to the auction discussion. Grey Flannel has a nolan ryan glove from 1993 that i was thinking about going after. From what i can tell the glove has some history, but i havent seen one that early embroidered with a name.

I would stay away from this glove.

This pic is from Ryan's last game in the Majors back in 1993 at the Kingdome
