Rob,
Our thoughts & prayers are w/ you & your family. My Grandma is the one who gave me my love for baseball & the tigers. Even though she is gone now, she is still w/ me everyday!

Many thanks for all the kind words and wishes. My grandmother was one month shy of her 90th birthday, and we were quite close. We had a standing "date night" every Wednesday for dinner, and I'll always be grateful for the opportunity to get to know her again as an adult. She grew up with a father who was a big Cubs fan, and told several stories of Gabby Hartnett, Kiki Cuyler and Hack Wilson. Interestingly, the day after she passed away, I received a call from a Chicago-area family who has one of Hartnett's game used gloves. What are the chances of that?! Looking to add game used bats from Hartnett, Cuyler and Wilson to my collection this year in her memory.

Again, many thanks for your kindness.

Best,

Rob
