Sort of. There are tons of Pro Bowl jerseys that are "game issued" floating around. Its not a rare item per say but I would say it should be selling for at least half of what they are asking. Each player gets about a box of these jerseys. Most end up on Ebay or are given away. I have heard estimates of up to 50 jerseys are produced as game issued for each player. I have also heard up to 10. Might depend on the player. Maybe someone else can shed some more light on this.
