Michael Vick without a doubt is the best athlete the game has ever seen. Vick pocesses better running skills than almost every back in the league. Teams can only hope to contain him, but the odds aren't good considering his improved passing game. This size 42 red alternate jersey was used by Vick during the 2005 season. This jersey is unwashed and came directly off Vick's back after the January 1st game (week 17) vs. the Carolina Panthers. Both shoulders as well as the back display many black scrape and scuff marks along with unrepaired holes. A true gem.

Well, the Radke seems to match the game photos in that there is an identifiable mark on the front 7 near the upper right corner of that number. Of course, that could've been put there afterward to match the photo and it's possible the mark was laundered out of the Vintage jersey. I just don't know. But the situation is clearly problematic and I hope this forum can help resolve it.

Let me address this issue clearly to everyone on this board. The jersey and the helmet in Historic Auctions are fake. We inspect all of Mike's jerseys as soon as we get them. Who do you trust more Michael Vick or a fictional character we call an "impeccable source"? Seems shady to me. Check the crease and the marks on the "7". Does the letter and photo do us no justice? We hate to call out Historic but they are playing games. If they knew we had an exclusive with Michael Vick why would they sell the jersey and helmet without letting us know? It doesn't make sense. Brad Wells is very much associated with this auction and he knows darn well that we have an exclusive with Michael. I am not sure if he provided this jersey and helmet, but he has collaborated on the catalog and website and knows they did not come from us. Like I said before, I feel sorry for the customers who end up with that Helmet and Jersey.
