Just wanted to post a head's-up to everyone who isn't already aware that Mike Specht provides a service whereby you can purchase, for a nominal fee, bat ordering records certification for your game-used bats. This is both a great alternative to a full authentication LOA or as corroboration of an existing LOA. I found this service on eBay by doing a search in their game-used bat category or you could access via his eBay username (mlbbatman). I had him certify five of my bats and I was quite pleased with his service as well as his very pleasant and knowledgeable feedback. Mike's the man!
