Does anyone have a contact at BWP that can answer shipping record, type questions? I've tried to go through their website but never got an answer to my question.

I collect Justin Morneau bats. According to my source, BWP did not keep the best records. Unfortunately, they don't have a lot of answers about shipping records and there's not much to decipher between years of production. Good luck in your quest.
