BMH- Can you help with Gary Sheffield bat order please

Brian- I was wondering if you could tell me how many R161 maple Gwynn finish two-tone bats Gary Sheffield ordered in a batch from February of 09. The bat I have was made 2-20-09. The bat seems to have Tigers markings on it, but Sheffield never played for them that year, so I was trying to shed some light on how many were made. thank you, Ricardo

I have two orders for Sheffield from the Tigers in 09. One for 18 bats entered on 1/19/09 and another for 12 bats on 3/4/09. The bat in question most likely came from the 1/19/09 order. They probably weren't made until February.

Sheffield was released by the Tigers on March 31, 2009. He played for the Tigers throughout spring training posting unimpressive numbers leading to his release.
