PCL 100 yr patch question

Anyone know what year the PCL league wore their 100 year (1903-2003) anniversary patches in? Was it 2002 or 2003? I'm not sure if they wore them a year earlier, eg:

Also, in what year did minor league baseball jerseys have their 100 year patches (100 years minor league baseball)? 2001 or 2000? Again, not sure if they wore them a year prior:

This is a 2001 Princeton jersey, with the patch. It's also possible it was used in 2000 (the jersey certainly was), but if so I would think it would have been removed over the off season.
