About two weeks ago, the wife and I went to a Key Bank in Denver to meet the Nuggets 'Birdman' - Chris Anderson. I am NOT a Basketball guy, but he is the one player I really wanted to meet as his story so closely mirrors that of Josh Hamilton. Talent and Skill wasted... and then - Redemption.
Awesome guy... 6'10" (I'm 6'1" about 240)... we talked to him about Hamilton and his own deal... just a great time - oh, and the DJ from KBCO (Bret Saunders) gifted us with awesome tickets to go see Ray LaMontaigne in concert!!!
