Here is a suggestion how about ARODS World Series ring.

Think about it, it represents his last greatest accomplishment and his biggest hurdle of his career. To win a World Series and also perform in the Post Season.

I say last greatest accomplishment because basically he has accomplished every other award. The only thing I think he would have left would be to break Bonds career HR record.
Which I think is still up in the air for debate if he will do it.

I had one A-Rod piece I'm kicking myself for selling (but I made a tidy profit)... his GU Texas Rangers ALT Hat (Blue crown w/ Black bill) with American Flag Patch from July 4th, 2003 - w/ ASI COA - Auto'd and Inscribed GU... his 1st MVP season!

That's just how this hobby goes...
