Any basketball or Tracy McGrady collectors? Need help!

I am not a basketball jersey collector but was thinking of getting a Tracy McGrady Raptors game worn jersey. Price seems right, and was wondering what his jerseys would go for? I want to make sure price is right. Thanks for any help!

It may be game cut. Not sure. It has what looks like the proper tagging from seeing other Raptor jerseys from that year, but saw a Rockets jersey where it was a 52 +4 and this jersey is a 56+4. It has the Champion tag as well as the Raptors Champion tag as well.

I dont think McGrady wore a champion Raptors jersey. I think they were made by nike by the time he enter the league for 97-98 season. Do you have pics you could post up?

These are the best I have. I looked at what someone said was a Vince Carter Issued from the same year and looked like the same tagging. I am getting it for $100 + shipping, so thought it was a good deal. Thanks for the help! my email is jperlman@ohaflcio.org

To me it look like a jersey someone made. Usually the tags are not place right next to each other. You could try picking up a Mitchell and ness McGrady Raptor jersey but it will cost more

Texans is correct. 1997-98 was the first year that Nike supplied any NBA teams (including Toronto, Chicago, the Lakers and others). Also, a Champion jersey should have the exclusive tag to the viewer's left of the Cahmpio tag, not above. Finally, the design of the Exclusive tag was different in 1997-98 than the one shown in the photo. That style (in the photo) was used in 1994-95 through 1996-97.
I have strong doubts.

Thanks Dave! Do you think it could be a recycled that was given to him to hand out to friends/family? I know sometimes players get extra "issued" jerseys for that purpose. Or do you think this was an older jersey that someone just added the name plate to?

Tmac never wore champion and both of those are fake.

Looks like a doctored jersey. I'm sure that, if T-Mac wanted extra jerseys for family and friends, he'd just have the equipment guy order more of what the team is using...not go to an improperly sized, improperly tagged, previous season, wrong manufacturer piece. Those specs themselves would mean nothing to T-Mac, but, he's with the team, he was a promising young star...no need to patchwork one, just get duplicates of what you already use.
