Opinions needed on my possible 98-99 Mouning Game Jersey

I recently acquired this jersey at an antique and collectibles show in Portland. It was right between a Rodney Harrison Chargers Replica jersey and a Jason Kidd youth Nets Nike swingman jersey. I thought it was just an authentic but when I got home and pulled it from the bag I noticed the +4 length and then gound the year tag inside. Please take a look and let me know what you think and estimate on auction value. Thanks!

After a cursory inspection of the photos, it does seem to be, at least, team-issued. Also, Mourning's number was retired by Miami last season.
