Something I had always wondered about, as it pertains to my collection, was Ryan Garko's first Game Worn Indians jersey...not from his rookie year of 06, his FIRST jersey...worn in 05, during 1 game...for ONE AT BAT. He only had 1 AB as he was brought up at the end of the season.

I wondered about this until it all but fell in my lap. The deal is done and its all mine. Here it is...the new centerpiece of my Ryan Garko Collection.

Thanks for the look and in sharing in my joy and thanks to the generous member that is responsible for this jersey ending up where it belongs.

nice addition!! you can tell he only wore that shirt for one AB.....it looks crisp as the day it was made.

I was at the Giants game last night and noticed that they have several game-used Garko Giants bats for sale. They were around $100-$150, pre 9.5% sales tax, I think you can call the store, which is the AT&T Park Giants Dugout, to order.

I might go 100 just to have one, but 150 is pushing it for a run of the mill bat

I was at the game again tonight. Actually, the Giants are asking $200 for a Garko bat. I misread the "2" as a "1" last night.

200 is a bit steep for a regular bat.
