i bought a josh hamilton game used texas rangers bat off of ebay on august 7th, from a guy named jason stevenson ebay user bronx-bomber817. never got the bat and emailed him and never got a responce..... so this idiot relisted the bat with the same pics on ebay under a new name of goodgolly2009. i reported it to ebay and ect. just don't want to see anyone else get ripped off, and does anyone know who this guy is?????? IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW...................

reported him today thursday aug 27th. hope ebay takes it down. he responded to me saying well paypal refunds peoples money so leave my account alone...... what a doushbag........... if someone buys something send it to them reminds me of jrocker 49, and the will clark bat i bought but never got from him................... just aggervating

I'm am a retired Postal worker,The way to get any member attention is to report it to Ebay, But what truly works is you report its to the POSTAL INSPECTORS give name Of person his Ebay ID an address if you can get it. Along with proof of purchase an any message's you may have gotten from the seller,An also the 1's you sent to him as well.
The Postal Inspectors don't play around when it comes to Mail fraud an wire transfer as well as Fake Autographs being sold on EBAY.
They would gladly investigate it.

I got a message from ebay saying that goodgolly2009 account was hacked in to by someone and that ebay deleted it permanantely. Did any on else het this from ebay?

i got the same email but thats what they said when i got the bat when he was bronxbomber ............. he's just a low life who is gonna keep getting busted i hope................................... sucks cause i really wanted my bat i bought but i did get a refund pending 5 days
