Shane Spencer who would have thought?

Here is some interesting trivia news i just ran across. Remember Shane Spencer was a big name for the Yankees until Chuck Knoblauch came along and then he blew out his knee. He got traded around to end up last with the Ny Mets for about a day and then they released him.

I just found out he is still playing professional baseball but now, he was just signed for a 1 year contract in Japan for the Hanshin Tigers.

Maybe we will see him in the next World Baseball Classic lol lol lol:D

There is as much of a chance of Shane Spencer playing for Japan in the next Baseball Classic as Ichiro playing for the USA (come to think of it, Spencer couldn't be a ball boy for the USA team..lol).
