1991-1992 Basketball Commerative Patch Question

Quick question regarding the 91-92 commemorative patch. I know that all NBA teams wore this patch, did College and Semi Pro teams wear this as well?

Trying to get some info together for a hard to research warm-up with the above patch.

Any info would be appreciated.
