Just a heads up to any XM/Sirius listeners, that tomorrow I'll be on the "Ripken Baseball" show which airs from noon to 2 (EST). I spoke with the producer and he thinks I'll probably be on around 12:30 or so (though it may get pushed backed until 1:15)....The reason that Cal & Billy are having me on their show is that I'm at the 39th annual Society of American Baseball Research (SABR) Convention in DC and on Saturday, I'm presenting an oral presentation to the membership entitled "Cal & Bill Ripken; It's Not What You Think," which is about their father & uncle (Bill Ripken) who played professionally as well and their influence on them, etc.
Hopefully there will be some members here that will be able to listen in or if you happen to be at the convention to look me up!
