I Have A Question About MLB auctions

I won two pink game used bats in the last couple of days. How long does it take MLB auction to ship your items. What has been your experience with them?

Just from MY experience , I have gotten all my stuff within a week to 2 weeks a the longest. That Include a Couple of Hats, a couple of Bases , a Bat and a few baseballs. Guess I have been lucky so far ( Knock on Wood ) because I have heard some horror stories.

It's all hit and miss with MLB auctions. I have received some items in as little as three days, and others have never come at all (I am still dealing with them on an auction I won April 4, over THREE MONTHS ago). Hopefully you get it sooner than later, because customer service through them in next to nothing. You can send an email which they say that will pass on to the team, "vendor", and let you know what the reply is. Very haphazzard at best.

FWIW, I won a bat on Thurs 7/9, and it appears to have shipped on Mon 7/13. So, thats pretty fair... A 2-day turnaround on shipping. Hopefully, I'll have it here Wednesday or Thursday.

The auction for the bat I won closed Saturday at 5:00 PM, bat shipped yesterday and just arrived in my office at 1:00 PM today (Tuesday). I am impressed. Much faster than usual.

I won the Vernon Wells Pink Bat on Sunday and got an email today saying it had been shipped. Should Arrive on Thursday. Just hope they sent the right one since there were 2 of his bats. :)

I won a jersey once on MLB auctions on a Friday and it arrived on Monday via DHL express shipping. I guess I was super lucky.

Dont think they have one published on the website... I think they prefer to get requests via email... click on Customer Service on top left corner of the auction site to start an inquiry and they will contact you.

Well I won a Joel Youngblood jersey Oct 16. Received an email this past Mon after emailing them 3 times item was shipped. Sat is here still nothing. This is a joke. Who is there shipping provider?
