Ball Park Heroes may have some. They made a bulk purchase from the A's many years ago that included this time frame...they may still have a few left.

Ball Park Heroes did have the 1988, 1990 A's WS jerseys. I think the players got to keep their 1989 jerseys (due to the fact they won the World Series).
