Current offering in Hunt's auction, "1994 Kissimmee uncracked/game used bat":

19774

Description: Michael Jordan professional model baseball bat c.1994. Kissimmee Sticks Michael Jordan professional model bat measures 35" and weighs 28.2oz. Jordan's full name appears in block letters on the barrel along with model number "44 B" and team name "Chicago White Sox". Bat shows moderate use including numerous ball marks and rack marks and remains uncracked. Michael Jordan's brief professional baseball career with the Birmingham Barons, a Chicago White Sox farm team, lasted for a single season in 1994. Jordan batted .202 with 3 HR, 51 RBI, 30 SB, and 11 errors. He also appeared for the Scottsdale Scorpions in the 1994 Arizona Fall League. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: EX-EX/MT

Although there are plenty of photos of Jordan swinging Wilson black bats and Louisville 2-tone and black bats, can a fellow Forum reader document that Jordan used Kissimmee brand bats in 1994, or better yet, a Kissimmee with the same type of branding (44 B) as noted above?

Any assistnace in documenting his use of Kissimmee bats is appreciated.

As bad a hitter as MJ was, he may have "blamed" many bats for his bad hitting and gone through every bat maker known to man condemning perfectly good wood to an early grave!
