MLB Auctions question

Hi, I'm going to bid for the first time on MLB Auctions and wanted to know if I win, does the item come only with an MLB hologram placed on the item or will there also be an accompanying letter of authenticity detailing what the item is? thanks.

Most items I've won from MLB only come w/ the hologram attached & a receipt w/ the item description (similar to the auction listing)..no real "paper" LOA..I did receive an LOA from the O's when I won a jersey they auctioned thru MLB so maybe it depends on the item & the team making it available. Jay.

thank you pietraynor for the helpful information. do any of you remove the hologram, if possible, and place it on your invoice?

I don't think you can remove the holo. I believe they are made to tear if removed, so they can't be transfered. Ricardo
