When did Wilson start putting the MLB logo patch on gloves?

It is maybe 3 inches by 2inches and the mlb man is in black.

I assume you are referring to fielding gloves?

My 1999 Wilson Alvarez has the MLB Logo. But it is together with the Wilson patch on each side of "Wilson".

My Julio Lugo 2005 glove (Date of Manufacture Dec 1004) does have one and so does my 2008 Eric Hinske. I have not called Wilson Sports to decipher the DOM Code on the Hinske yet.

They are pretty small though. The Hinske has a bigger logo than the Lugo.....
