This Stallworth retail jersey could probably be passed off as a gamer if it had a little bit of wear:

Interesting. Fortunately, one thing that I think would raise a question in the minds of Steelers collectors is the absence of the year swatch (coupled with the healthy cynicism that develops as a result of seeing tons of fakes on the market).

Sand Knit retail basketball jerseys from the late 80s had the "Exclusive" tag also. However, they didn't have NOBs (players union license agreement). I had a late 80s Kosar with a NOB (correct for the era). So, some sand Knit football retails did have NOBs. Of course, Stallworth never wore a small, but the NOB looks right.
