Day late, dollar short.....again

Just cracked open the newspaper to see that Tiki Barber spent the day and evening not 5 minutes from my house yesterday. Apparently he was doing a fund raiser for a private school. He read to the kids and attended some event last night.

Not exactly the same story but Chuck Norris had a book signing at a Christian book store 10 minutes from me. Saw it in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

I called the store and asked if I bought a copy of the book if he would sign anything else. The lady said no and that he was very strict about it. He probably would have but the signing started at 8:00 p.m. and I just didn't go.
