AMI: Canseco World Series Bat

I was wondering if Jaun knew anything about this bat supposedly used in the 2000 World Series. I have seen at least 4 signed like this one, but only 2 that look like this one. I was stunned for a moment when I saw this. I thought it was the bat I currently own. My bat and this bat are identical right down to the writing on the knob. I would just like to hear from anyone who might have thoughts on this. I am providing links to the AMI bat and my my bat. Opinions please.

Notice the way he signs them. He does not sign it Game Used World Series bat, but instead 2000 World Series Champs Gamer

the writing on the knobs is different. yours says "36L 35.6" and the AMI one says "35L 36". apparently a shorter bat weighs less?

I didn't notice that. That is kinda odd. I don't believe either one of these bats are THE bat used in the World Series. I think THE bat will say game used World Series bat. I have owned other bats that weren't even SAM bats that were signed exactly like this. One was an Easton bat from Reggie Jackson signed exactly like the two posted here, but hardly showed use at all, pretty much a game issued bat. I think it would be more rare to see a 2000 model game used bat without this inscription.

I remember a similar thread on the forum regarding a Canseco WS 2000 gamer. I posted that the bat was a brown sam bat he used in his only AB in the series after I viewed some video.

The SAM bat he used was definitely the same color /style of SAM bat in the AMI auction and your bat.
