Has anyone observed Ryan howard using a tapped handle bat during a game?? Any help would be appreciated??

Yes, ive seen him put the black tape thats on aluminum bats on his bats for a few games.

That black aluminum bat tape seems to be making the rounds on the Phillies-Burrell used a bat with that type of tape on it for almost the entire NLCS.
And last week,I picked up a Shane Victorino gamer with that same black tape on it for-get this-$35 on the 'Bay...
