Cy Young Winners

Doing a little research and need some help from everyone here on the forum. I am looking at former Cy Young Winners in the past few years comparable to Tim Lincecum, Peavy, Sabathia, etc . . . and what their equipment and autographs go for on the market. A friend of mine is trying to bring Lincecum in to do a signing in a shop up in San Fran and is wondering what would be a reasonable amount to pay to get him for an appearance. Does anyone know what the following signed baseballs were going for on the market after they won the Cy Young following the season they won?

C.C. Sabathia - 2007
Jake Peavy - 2007
Johan Santana - 2004 or 2006
Barry Zito - 2003
Brandon Webb - 2006
Roy Halladay - 2003
