Picked this up recently. This in my opinion is a very rare Zimmerman gamer as he rarely uses Rawlings. It has a small handle crack and is MLB Authenticated. Opinions?

My opinion is if you think it's a sweet Zimmerman game then that's the only opinion that really matters. Nice pick up!

If his Rawlings bats are rare, then could this possibly be a photomatch?? Look at the way the second "1" is slated more and lower than the other one:

This is Felipe Lopez by the way

Very possible. Looks pretty close to me. It would be cool to find pics from the game this bat was cracked in to see Zimmerman holding it.

I wish we could see the knob a little better on this one.

Also, if you look close enough, you can see the "L" on the knob perfectly lined up the same.

Thats awesome Kyle. Do you know of anywhere to find a picture of Zim holding this bat?

Not really sure besides the basic sites (Getty, Corbis, Icon Sports Media, etc). Once I saw a pic of that bat, I immediately thought about that pic of Lopez because I had that pic on my site for a page dedicated to only pics of players using teammates' equipment.

Here is a Ryan Zimmerman gamer I picked up which the MLB hologram says is a Ryan Zimmerman cracked bat. The only problem is it was most likely used by Nick Johnson based on the pine tar.

That Rawlings red ring you have doesn't have the normal thick Mota Stick although the handle markings and #11 markings on the knob and barrell end are perfect.

Ryan I believe only used those Rawlings red rings in 2006 for about 3 games as he used Louisville Sluggers most of the 2006 season.

Someone on the Forum purchased 1 of them so hopefully he can show his pics.
