Does This label Look O.K.?

Does this label look good. It looks stitched over in places but that may be O.K. Has anyone seen this before?

Also Kingjammy's primer has the example with a flag set tag and this has a stitched set patch. This is a 91 Cleveland jersey with the label on the collar and the example has the label elsewhere. Would rawlings place the label in the same spot for all teams for that year?
