Ryan zimmerman Black LS model C243 w/ #20 ????

Does anyone know if Zimmerman had ordered this model bat around the time period he still had the number #20. If anyone knows that would be great. Thanks I appreate it.

Griz - Ryan wore #25 in 2005 and has worn #11 since then.

The #20 was worn by Frank Robinson in 2005 and 2006 so that may be a possibility.

With that said, my opinion is that Ryan never swung this bat.

For the right price, it could make an interesting collectible if it could be tied into Frank Robinson.

Griz - I did some more research for you thinking it was most probable that the bat went direct to a Minor Leaguer and my guess is that a good possibility is Mike Daniel who wears #20 currently for the Harrisburg Senators which is a Nationals "AA" Minor League affiliate.

Jorge Padilla switched jersey numbers this year to #20 at Columbus AAA, but he was #62 during Spring Training.....

What a deceptive piece of cr*p this guy is. He relisted the bat and this time eliminated the photo of the knob showing the #20.

eBay needs to ban this guy. DECEPTIVE! If only his "Happy" customers knew the truth!

I was looking at the winner of the bat----and I am hoping he was wise to the "shell game" the seller was playing and looking at the buyer's own eBay auctions he does a lot of team signed bats so maybe he was looking for a gamer bat that he could add sigs to---I hope he wasn't expecting a real Zim used bat for $85 or you are right he will be mad!!!

It still doesn't change my opinion of the seller as for the $85 he got he could have described it right and then I would have purchased it and got it signed by the player I think used it----#20 Mike Daniel.

Jim - I like that idea but it shows no pine tar on there and Nick likes the Zim's Max bats.

Look at the pine tar on this one Nick used although the Authenticator says "Ryan Zimmerman" however I know Nick used it.
