It is difficult to give much of an opinion on game use based on the limited photos and without actually seeing the bat--- It matches ordering records for both the 1980-83 (large label) label period and the 1983-85 (small label) label period, but there were also orders for promotional bats (non-professional) sent out during that period that matched in model number and length. You may want to ask the seller if the authentication is 1) for the signature, 2) for the bat being a professional game-used bat, or 3) for both of those. You may also want to ask for a clearer close up pic of the center label and one or two areas of game use.

BB Misc is short for language used by H & B in the post-1981 records for Baseball Miscellaneous, which can cover many areas. Basically, the standard for those orders (as well as Baseball Promotions) is whether they are ordered with or without a specific Model Number / Length / Weight. If so, the bats are presumed to have been ordered for the player's professional use. If there is, say, no weight specified (0.0) then the bat is presumed to have been ordered for some type of promotional event, autograph signing, team give-away, etc.
