I've seen them before and at one time actually owned one? Has anyone ever seen him use this bat brand? If so, any pics? Let me know what you guys think...

The Manny bat pictured in the ebay auction is a D-bat, which is a different company from Diablo bats.

I have not seen any photos of Manny using a D-bat. Looking at the barrel photo on the ebay auction there appears to be a lot of cleat marks on the barrel which is not a Manny game used trait. Looks like someone other then Manny used this bat.

I am almost positive that no D-Bats were used in a 2007 or 2008 game as claimed in the listing, but there is a chance it was used in BP or maybe spring training.

The weight and handle tape looks correct, though I have never seen cleat marks like that on a Manny bat. Hard to tell from the photo whether the pine tar is correct, but it might be.
