I paid $4.16 a freakin gallon today which came out to right around $107.00 to fill up my Expedition,I have no more money to buy any game used items right now.
I want to see how much you guys are paying for gas all over the country and how this is affecting your game used buying?

Here in South Phoenix AZ it is right at $4. It has not affected my buying habits yet but then again I do not commute. I imagine anything around $5 will start to bite into my game used fund via other goods moving up in price.

Prices are at about $3.85 here in Iowa so I guess I am somewhat lucky? Shipping fees have gone up here and there to a few people I know, can't blame them really.

Hey Rudy,
Gas prices here in Negley, Ohio $3.95    I was talking to local bread vendors and alot of companies are talking about starting 4 day deliveries. I would love to have a 4 day work week :) It doesn't seem like it will get any better anytime soon. My collecting has slowed down alot.

Here in Cincinnati the prices are around $3.93 - $3.99 per gallon. But with a 3.5 mile commute each way and the "Little Red Machine" I drive, I'm not hurting like most.

Here in St. Louis gas is 3.85 per gallon. It has definatley started to affect me. I sell Real Estate for a living or atleast try to, the current market isn't the greatest either. On the bright side though as a company we are having the 5th best year in company history.

I work in the pharmaceutical industry, and I am starting outside sales next week...

Which means I will be paying up front for gas and waiting several weeks for the reimbursement. I have been more creative recently. I bought 2 bats, a Pujols and Rolen - and both required moving items from my collection and taking a few eBay consignment projects (Right now, it's McFarlane figures for a buddy).

I am pretty well stocked right now, thankfully - so it's not affecting my collecting as much as it affects things like eating out and weekend fun.

I just filled up at $3.89...and I drive a V8 Dakota. My wife drives a Dodge Caravan.

$3.91 here in Central Florida. I'm a lot like Dan - I have a very short commute and drive a small car. You guys with your Expeditions and Hummers need to downsize!

It has not affected my collecting. Any money I earn in overtime is still mine to spend any way I like. :)

$3.93 a gallon in Central Ohio earlier today.

It's actually positively affected my collecting. More people are getting rid of some items due to their financial state and I'm getting some awesome additions in the process.

Moving a few months ago and shaving my normal commute down to less than 3 miles helps as well.

The good news: if I don't push it too hard, I can get almost 30 mpg out of my '95 Integra.
The bad news: it requires premium unleaded, at over $4 per gallon!

It was $3.99 here in Bar Harbor today after comming down from $4.03 a day or two ago.

Where I work is offering a bonus of a $10 gas card for every 2 hours of overtime you work. The drawback is that they bought them from the MOST expensive gas station in the area, but it is free gas. My wife and I have about $300 worth in the glove compartment.

I don't go far, so gas is not too big an issue with us. But we are saving for a trip to NY City next month. We are pinching pennies so I can spend more at Fanfest. :D
