Was wondering if somebody can provide some help/insight here. I am not aware of Pitt having worn this style jersey during 2007 and I checked on Getty Images to corroborate that memory and could not find a match. However, not all of the games are pictured so it quite possibly could have happened then.
To my knowledge/recollection, the team did wear gold home jerseys for one game in 2006 (11/25/2006 against Louisville) but I also have a recollection of reading in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette the next day that it was the first time in their history that they had done so (am working off of longer-term memory here, so may be incorrect) and again, I do not recall seeing them since. Here's a photo from that game (not surprisingly, the style is different since it's from a different year):

Would be greatful if somebody could enlighten me and/or match the style to a 2007 game as I find the jersey interesting. Thanks!
