Since eBay's new feedback policy takes effect on Thursday, is this a sign of things to come?

Even if the plaintiff loses the lawsuit, the defendant will usually have to pay for an attorney, which is expensive.

I watched that report on the net and just shook my head. It cost the guy $500 to get the case dismissed, then they found out the guy that filed suit was a wanted sex offender (if I remember right it was sex offender, he was wanted for something.)
