    Hi Martin --

Here is the Clemente info you requested regarding
    Model G105 bats 36 inches in length ordered between 1965 - 1968 :

    MODEL G105 36 inches / 35 ounces:
    1965 - 3 orders totaling 15 bats
    1966 - None
    1967 - 3 orders / 16 bats
    1968 - 1 order / 1 bat

    MODEL G105 36 inches / 36 ounces:
    1965 - 2 orders / 7 bats
    1966 - 5 orders / 31 bats
    1967 - None
    1968 - None

    MODEL G105 36 inches / 37 ounces
    1965 - None
    1966 - 3 orders / 19 bats
    1967 - 4 orders / 15 bats
    1968 - 1 order / 6 bats

    MODEL G105 36 inches / 38 ounces:
    1965 - None
    1966 - None
    1967 - 3 orders / 7 bats
    1968 - 7 orders / 52 bats

During the 1965-1968 time frame, Roberto Clemente used Model G105 and Model U1 in close to equal amounts, with only a few orders of Model O16 early in the period.

    Good Luck in future collecting.

    Mike

Wow - what took so long :-)

Thanks tremendously. Now all i have to do is get my bat weighed and then try to determine what it originally weighed, and i should be all set.

      Thanks again.

        Martin --

To possibly narrow the time frame, check out the word "Powerized." If the "o" has a pronounced oblong shape, and the "d" has a loop extending upward at the end of the letter, the bat was manufactired between 1964 1/2 and 1966 during the time frame you are focusing on.

        Good Luck

        Mike
