Remember that hat at the Clubhouse Store for $5 that said "HUB SENG" that we got confused about? Well I finally figured out who it was. Check out this close-up of Glenn Hubbard's helmet that I took last week.....look what it says..

I noticted Hub wearing a ribbon on the other side of his helmet too the other day.

I noticted Hub wearing a ribbon on the other side of his helmet too the other day.

I didn't pick it up at the time even though now I wish I did. Also I saw that ribbon too last night when watching the game. At first it looks exactly like the pink Mother's Day ribbons that were worn on the jerseys last year but I'm not 100% sure. His helmet also has a cross written in silver to the right of the MLB logo. I'd love to get that helmet someday

If you google "hubseng", you'll see a reference to it where Hubbard registered on reunion.com for his old high school.

My guess is that it has something to do with Hop Sing, the dimunitive Chinese house man from Bonanza.....
